Hi and welcome to TEAM!
We’re looking forward to a very special summer in Britain this year.
We’ve got celebrations all over the country for the Diamond Jubilee for Queen Elizabeth ii (that’s 60 years as Queen!) in June.
There’ll be street parties, big fires will be lit across Britain and there’ll be a huge parade of boats on the River Thames in London.
And then in July the Olympics will start!
After seven years of building and preparation, the Games are finally here.
So, welcome to our special summer issue of TEAM, where you can read about the latest Hollywood trend for fairy stories, school trips, how the recession is affecting teens and employment prospects for young people, as well as the Queen and the Olympics.
