今回の特集では、日本人の若きクリエイティヴ関連の仕事をしている人たちの働き方、Working Styleにスポットを当てる。
世界から実力者が集まり競い合う街、New York。世界一厳しいビジネスの現場で名を挙げ活躍する人たち。彼らの原点と仕事への取り組み方を読み取ることで、N.Y.でのCreative Working Styleを紐解いていく。ここから世界に通用する必要素を探索してみる。
第２特集として、JUNYA WATANABEのCOMME des GARÇONS M S/S 21.コレクションを掲載。個性的なWorking Styleを持つプロフェショナルな働く人たちを撮影した意欲的なブック『MANUAL: JW-CDG M S/S21.』を誌上コレクションとして紹介する。
後半のページでは、Creative Working Style in Tokyoと題して東京のクリエイターの働き方に焦点を当て、N.Y.と東京のWorking Style の相違点を比較しながら、コロナ後の社会におけるクリエイターのWorking Styleに注目した。

This issue starts by showcasing the working styles of young Japanese involved in creative fields.
New York is a city where talented minds from across the planet gather to test their mettle. We explore the origins and professional ethos of these dedicated individuals who make their names this most fiercely competitive of locales. Unravelling the mystery of how those in creative fields conduct their business in N.Y. offers ideas of what it takes to succeed on the global stage.
The second part of the issue is a feature on the S/S ‘21 collection of COMME des GARÇONS M by JUNYA WATANABE. The latest lineup from this label is presented on the pages of the must-have “ MANUAL: J W-CDG M S /S21.” w ith photos professionals who all have very distinct methods of working.
The latter pages of the issue takes up the theme of creative working styles in Tokyo. We put the spotlight on how creators go about their chosen field there and compare the way things are done in Tokyo versus N.Y., while also taking a look at new working style of creators in a COVID world.
